So our beloved president is proposing that we begin drilling for oil off our American coasts to combat the rise in gas prices? What do you think? Is this a plausible idea?

Monumentally bad idea. And don't even get me started on China's environmental (and humanitarian) irresponsibility.
I meant human-rights policies, not humanitarian (it was still early in the morning for me). Oops.
